      Do you mean if I was picked to win the prize?:)

      I would get involved in fun cooking experiments with students! Energy is not just power plants, farming uses up around 20% (ish) energy (Carbon emissions). Therefore I think it’s worth starting from issues that everyone is involved in -eating:)

      If I won the prize money I could continue doing all the work in primary and secondary schools that I do now. I talk to them about how to live more sustainably and in particular about cutting down on the use of conventional plastic.
      I have taught several classes how to make a more environmentally friendly type of plastic- called a biopolymer- out of simple ingredients like corn flour and vinegar.
